Simple and Easy to Make

Baking bread can be daunting, particularly when you start looking into gluten free alternatives, too. Our bread mix can be made simply without needing to purchase any specialist equipment – not even a tin! This gluten free mix is compatible with a bread machine. 

One pack of our focaccia mix makes one medium loaf of gluten free focaccia. 

Full instructions can be found on the pack, but simply just add water, olive oil, yeast, salt and sugar then mix, rest, bake and enjoy.
