We’ve made it our quest to develop a unique range of gluten free bread mixes for bread made with wholesome high fibre ingredients that taste great and benefit gut health. Not a nasty guar or xanthan gum in sight.

Simple and Easy to Make

Baking bread can be daunting, particularly when you start looking into gluten free alternatives, too. Our bread roll mix can be made simply without needing to purchase any specialist equipment – not even a tin! This gluten free roll mix is compatible with a bread machine. 

One pack of our soft roll mix can make 12 x 90g rolls, or 6 x 180g rolls.

Full instructions can be found on the pack, but simply just add water, olive oil, yeast, salt and sugar then mix, rest, bake and enjoy.
